By sequencing a series of high-pitched exercises that beginners can do without difficulty based on world standards, we publish a high-pitched method that will allow you to sing for a long time with your own beautiful, far-reaching voice without damaging your throat. The base method is a combination of the following two. The first is the technique that Riho Tagawa learned from Maestro Silvestro Sammaritano, a long-time soloist at Teatro alla Scala in Milan and the head instructor of the exclusive singer training school of Teatro alla Scala in Milan. The second is a combination of the many years of research on speech by Maestro Yoshikazu Iwabuchi, a disciple of Elisabeth Schwarzkopf and professor emeritus at the National University of Music in Tokyo, who is the head of the NIKIKIKAI German Song Study Group. This is a method that Riho Tagawa has devised uniquely to suit the Japanese skeletal structure and language, and is called “Tre B (Trevi)”. Until now, Riho Tagawa has directly taught this method out of the gate. However, many people are having trouble with their voice, making singing not enjoyable but painful, and they are coming to me from all over Japan by bullet train or airplane. Furthermore, this situation did not change even for music students in Japan, and the need to teach at the beginner level was another reason for making this information available to the public. This situation has been created worldwide if not down to the bottom. One of the reasons for this is that people have learned by feel how to sing in a way that is unreasonable from an anatomical and physiological point of view. In addition, we have mistakenly believed that a good voice is a loud or high voice, and have been singing in a way that is unreasonable in terms of our vocal range, songs, and body mechanics that do not suit us. However, as I have experienced in many concerts, the sound that is good for the audience is a voice that has resonance, utilizes the person’s entire body, has expressive power, and utilizes the natural body mechanics. Here are some specifics. 1. stretching for a soft and smooth voice 2. muscles and how to relax them for smooth high notes 3. breath training for smooth high notes 4. checking the position of the palatal drop and how to keep it in position for smooth high notes 5. jaw position and how to keep it in position for smooth high notes 6. Preparation for producing high notes softly and naturally, preventing fear and body contraction during high notes 7. Daily tips for producing high notes 8. Next steps when you are able to produce a few high notes 9. How to practice producing high notes smoothly using music
