As a singer, singing without knowing your body as an instrument is like driving a car or airplane without a license! recitar cantando! ～Singing is speaking and acting. Singing is acting, sharing emotions, and interacting with an audience! To be a singer requires a special voice, constant daily effort, and charisma. It gives people the courage to live, heals broken hearts, and brings happiness! This important lesson was taught to us by tenor singer Yoshiaki Iwabuchi, who will perform today. Singers tend to seek “loud and powerful voice” and “voice” as the first priority, but these are “material” elements, which do not make a song resonate with people’s hearts…. In his lecture, Dr. Silvestro said, “The goal of a singer is to sing a song that brings your feelings to the audience and exchanges those feelings with them! I would like to do that and that is my goal! I want to engage in friendly competition to make that happen! That is the path that the Silvestro Music Academy aims to take! All of today’s performers, photographers, and other staff are truly warm, kind, and deeply caring people. And we want our audience to enjoy the concert!
